High Voter Turnout Marks Early Voting and Main-In Options in Montgomery County
Montgomery County is seeing high engagement in mail-in voting, with over 184,000 requests and 86,000 returns by October 26. Voters can submit mail-in ballots through USPS or at one of 58 county drop boxes, with ballots due by November 5. Early voting has also drawn over 60,000 participants, including 2,500 provisional ballots for voters who requested mail-in ballots but voted in person. Provisional ballots require additional verification to ensure no duplicate votes.

County Council Public Safety Committee Meeting

Quince Orchard Holds on to Beat Northwest 24-17
Quince Orchard jumped out to a 17-0 first half on Aydan West’s 18-yard interception return for touchdown against arch rival Northwest then held on to win 24-17 in MCM’s Game of the Week at the Cougar Dome. The Cougars improve to 8-0. The Jaguars drop to 6-2.
